2. Purpose of this website
This site presents Villa Palmview, a private holiday villa in Jávea, and allows visitors to request availability and a quotation. It sells nothing directly: a booking only comes about through our written confirmation, under the booking terms.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — texts, photographs, drone footage, floor plans, layout, graphic design and source code — is the property of Villa Palmview or is used with the permission of its author, and is protected by Spanish and international copyright law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or adaptation, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission is prohibited. Sharing a link to this site is of course welcome. Photographs of the villa may not be reused for commercial listings or advertising by third parties.
4. Conditions of use and limitation of liability
We compile the information on this site with care and keep it up to date. Even so, descriptions, photographs and prices are indicative: the terms of your stay are those confirmed to you in writing.
We accept no liability for damage arising from the temporary unavailability of the site, from technical faults or interruptions, or from the presence of malicious code introduced by third parties, except where such damage is caused by our own fault.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE). Any dispute arising from the use of this site falls to the courts of Alicante, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
