Absolutely. Villa Palmview sleeps up to 28 guests, and groups of 16 to 28 book it just as happily: with 20, 22, 24 or 26 guests everyone simply gets more space — a private bathroom for everyone, lounges to spare. Every stay is quoted for your exact group size.

Honest answer: bachelor and bachelorette parties with guests under thirty (in principle not allowed), groups looking for nightlife on site, and anyone who wants hotel room service or a sea view from the bed. The villa is built for families, friends and teams who want to live together for a week — lively by day, respectful of the valley by night.

For July and August, five to eight months ahead is normal, and the busiest booking months are January and February — large groups tend to settle their dates right after New Year. Outside the summer, a few weeks is often enough.

Because a week in March is not a week in August, and a wedding weekend is not a family week. We quote once we know your dates and your group, which takes us a day at most. It also means you never pay for a rate band that does not fit you.

Eleven bathrooms for eleven bedrooms, spread over three wings and the casita. Nine bedrooms have a bathroom of their own; in the other two the bathroom is across the hall.

There are four kitchens plus an outdoor kitchen, so several families can cook at the same time without standing in each other’s way. It is the single most underrated feature of the house for a group this size.

Arenal beach is within walking distance: water sports, beach bars, a promenade. Teenagers can go by themselves, which is usually what makes a family week work.

Alicante (ALC) is about an hour by car, Valencia (VLC) a little further. For a group of twenty-eight, one coach or two minibuses is the practical answer.
