These are the live rates from our booking system — the same prices you get when you book directly. Weekly prices (7 nights, Saturday to Saturday) are for the main villa: nine of the eleven bedrooms, up to 18 guests. Larger groups and the casita (Premium, up to 28 guests) are quoted on top.

Winter promotions 2026–2027
Between 23 December 2026 and 28 February 2027 fixed packages apply (Christmas, New Year, January, February) instead of the weekly rates above.
What is included, what is extra
- Included
- Final cleaning, bed and bath linen, pool towels, concierge service and air conditioning.
- Casita (Premium)
- The two extra bedrooms Amalfi (wheelchair-adaptable) and Portofino are quoted on request for groups above 22.
- Pool heating
- In summer the pool is at temperature. Outside the season it can be heated on request (at least one week before arrival), €450 per week.
- Payment
- 25% deposit at booking, the balance later; the €1,000 security deposit (fully refunded) only appears on the final invoice.
- Minimum stay
- 7 nights in July and August, 4 nights in June and September, 5 nights around Christmas and New Year, 2 nights in the low season.
