Villa Palmview is a corporate retreat and team-building villa in Jávea (Alicante), Spain, for teams of 18 to 28: 11 bedrooms with private bathrooms in three quiet wings, Starlink Wi-Fi, one table long enough for the whole team, a heatable saltwater pool and an own sandy beach on the grounds. Rented exclusively to one group; best availability from November to March. About an hour from Alicante airport, 1 h 20 from Valencia.
Real work
Each wing has its own lounge and kitchen, so a workshop, a call and a coffee break can happen at the same time without anyone shouting over anyone.
Three formats
Two to four days of strategy, with the evenings doing the team-building for you.
A fortnight or a month of normal working days — in 15–20 °C, with the sea a walk away.
Sport in the morning, sessions in the afternoon — the format cycling and triathlon squads use.

Only 25% deposit at booking; the €1,000 security deposit appears on the final invoice, never up front. Pool heating outside summer on request, €450 per booking.
How it runs
How an offsite at the estate usually runs: work in the morning, sun in the afternoon, one shared thing every evening. Move the blocks around — the rhythm is the point.
Minibuses from Alicante, rooms by wing, a first swim, dinner at the long table.
Nine to one at the long table or split across the three wing lounges. Long lunch, then the pool.
Beach volleyball on your own beach, pétanque, table tennis, barbecue at dusk — the afternoon they talk about later.
A boat from the port or snorkelling at Cala Granadella, dinner in the old town.
A short morning to close the loose ends, lunch at the port, everyone at the airport by evening.

Where the work happens
Under the covered outdoor kitchen, seats for 28 at one table — plenary sessions in the morning, dinner in the evening. Power and Wi-Fi reach it.
Each wing has its own lounge, kitchen and terrace: three breakout rooms that are also somewhere to take a call or think in silence.
Shaded terraces for small groups, sunbeds for the ones who need to read something, and the pool right there for the moment the laptops close.
Satellite internet across the estate, dimensioned for a full team on video at the same time — this is the question we get asked most, and the answer is yes.
Almost everyone gets their own room; wings let you group teams or give the introverts a quiet corner. The casita adds two more rooms for 28.

Logistics
Direct flights to Alicante (106 km, about an hour by motorway) and Valencia (125 km, similar). Two or three hire minibuses at the airport move 28 people without a transfer company.
Four cars inside the gate; ask us about parking for minibuses. One contact person at the villa for practical questions, answered within a day, usually much faster.
Four indoor kitchens and the outdoor one with a giant barbecue and paella burner if you cook as a team; a private chef at the villa or the restaurants we use ourselves if you would rather not. Pre-ordered groceries can be waiting on arrival.
Send dates and headcount and you get one quote: the rate, what it includes, the minimum stay and the extras — nothing hidden for the expense report.
Music moves indoors late in the evening and outside it stays quieter at night — the estate sits in a residential lane. A late whisky by the pool is fine; a DJ is not.
