The logistics: easier than expected
For Belgian and Dutch teams the Costa Blanca is one of the easiest sun destinations to reach: daily direct flights to Alicante and Valencia — Alicante about an hour's drive from Jávea, Valencia a little further. The ideal daily rhythm for an offsite
The pitfall of every team weekend: cramming the programme too full. A rhythm that does work: three hours of focused work or workshops in the morning, a long shared lunch, free time or sport in the afternoon, and one shared activity per evening.
