The courses

The closest course to the villa, on the road to Benitachell. Nine tree-lined holes between palms, pines and orange trees, played as eighteen from alternate tees, with a driving range, academy and a proper clubhouse restaurant. Open since 1981 and very much the locals' club.
Best for: easy morning rounds and warming up on day one. Keep in mind: nine greens — for eighteen distinct holes, drive on to La Sella.

The region's flagship, designed by double Masters champion José María Olazábal in 1991 on the far side of the Montgó — the same mountain you see from the villa. Three nine-hole loops (Llebeig through the pines, Gregal with water, Mestral up high with sea views) combine into a different 18 every day, backed by the most advanced golf academy on the Costa Blanca.
Best for: the serious golf days of your week — three loops means three days without repetition. Keep in mind: bring your handicap certificate (maximum 35).

A short, hilly and utterly charming course above the Moraira–Calpe coast road, designed by Javier Arana in 1974. Views over villa gardens and the sea, rounds of about an hour per nine — and as a Villa Palmview guest you play 9 or 18 holes with 10% off through our partnership.
Best for: relaxed holiday golf and mixed groups. Keep in mind: it is short and cosy by design — play it for the views and the fun, not the scorecard.

Seve Ballesteros' flat seaside parkland from 1995, half an hour north along the coast. Ten lakes bring water into play on fifteen of the eighteen holes — the island-like par-3 sixth is nicknamed "Seve's Revenge" — with a beach & golf resort, driving range and academy alongside.
Best for: the championship test of the week, and walkers — it is completely flat. Keep in mind: pack extra balls; the water is not decorative.

The oldest and arguably most picturesque course on this stretch of coast, tucked into the lower slopes of the Sierra Bernia with mountain and sea views and a lovely restaurant terrace. Nine greens, played twice for a full par-72 round.
Best for: a scenic half-day with lunch on the terrace. Keep in mind: nine greens played twice — come for the views and the charm.

The base
