Three hundred to three hundred and twenty-five sunny days a year, and winters that average 15 to 20 °C. The villa changes character with the calendar — the question is only which version you want.
Three villas in one
Long pool days, dinner outside at ten, the sand in full use. The loudest, happiest version.

The shoulder months
Warm enough for the terrace, cool enough to walk the Montgó, and the Arenal belongs to whoever gets there first. The pool is heated on request.

The festive year
Jávea has more fiestas than months. Some are quiet and centuries old, others run through the night. Plan your week around one and you see the town as it really is — not as the brochure shows it.
Dates shift from year to year. Tell us which month you are considering and we will find out what is on that week.
Christmas and New Year
December here is mild, the days are clear and the estate is empty of tourists. For a family that truly sees each other once a year, it is the best week there is: everyone sleeps in their own room, and nobody has to drive an hour home after dessert.
Four kitchens in total. Whoever wants to cook cooks, whoever wants to help helps, and everyone else stays out of the way.
The covered outdoor tables work in December too; inside there are three lounges for the evenings after.
Pool heating is bookable in mid and low season — € 450 per week, to be requested at least a week ahead.
Christmas and New Year are the first weeks to go, usually a year ahead. Ask early.
Winter
While northern Europe closes down, the roads here are empty and the light is clean. It is why professional cycling teams and company offsites choose January and February.

Every month works. Some just work better.
