How it works
A weekend that is yours alone.
A wedding here is not a venue hire for one day. You take the whole estate for several nights: the ceremony, the dinner, the morning after, and twenty-eight of your people sleeping where the party is. That is the difference from a finca that hands you the keys at four and wants them back at midnight.
Legally at home, symbolically here
Civil marriage in Spain is in practice closed to non-residents — the town hall route asks for registration in the municipality. Almost every couple therefore marries at home first and holds the real ceremony here, with a celebrant, in any language. Nothing about that is second-best: it is what the day looks like either way.
Your suppliers, or ours
Planner, celebrant, caterer, photographer, flowers — you are free to bring your own. We know who works well here and will say so honestly.

On this coast the wind decides more often than the rain. We agree the covered alternative before you book, not the week before.
Up to eighty at the ceremony
That is the number the grounds carry comfortably, and more is open to discussion. How many sit down to dinner depends on the layout your planner chooses — long tables, rounds or a standing dinner all give a different answer. Twenty-eight of them sleep here; the rest go home or stay in Jávea.
Just the two of you, or barely more
An elopement or a small ceremony of up to about twenty guests has the whole estate to itself, like every wedding here, and can be arranged at short notice — often within weeks. March, April, October and November are wide open and, honestly, kinder to photograph in than August.

Villa Palmview is a wedding villa in Jávea (Alicante), Costa Blanca, between Alicante and Valencia (about an hour from Alicante airport), rented as a whole for several nights (the minimum depends on the season): up to 28 guests sleep on the estate in 11 bedrooms, a ceremony on the grounds takes up to 80 guests, with the pool, the Wishing Well fountain and the Naya terrace as settings and the Montgó as backdrop. Couples bring their own planner, celebrant, caterer and photographer; every wedding is priced per date.

Usually not: a civil marriage in Spain is in practice not available to non-residents. Most couples therefore marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony here with a celebrant, in any language. Do ask us, and we will tell you honestly what is possible in your situation.
Twenty-eight guests sleep on the estate. Up to eighty guests can attend the ceremony in the garden. We always agree the number of party guests with you beforehand, along with the timing and the music end times. Send us your guest list and you will soon know what is possible.
No, there is no fixed package. Every wedding is quoted individually, in consultation, according to the date, the number of day and overnight guests and your wishes. You may bring your own planner, caterer and photographer, or we point you to the local partners we use ourselves. The hire of the estate follows the season; pick your dates in the form for an indicative price. Request your date through the form.
Yes, always. Villa Palmview welcomes one group at a time and is never shared, so the entire estate is yours for the whole weekend: the garden for the ceremony, the long table, the pool and the bedrooms for 28 guests. The minimum stay depends on the season; the current minimums and guide prices are at the top of this page.

Minimum stay and price depend on the season. Request your date and you will have a proposal within a day.
- Deposit & cancellation25% deposit when you book. Cancel no later than two months before arrival and you do not pay the balance; only the deposit is retained.
- Day guestsDay guests on top of the overnight guests are welcome by arrangement; pick your dates in the form to see an indicative price for your celebration. A party totals 80 people at most.
- Security deposit€ 1,000, refunded in full, and only on the final invoice.
- MusicLate in the evening the music moves indoors; outside it is quieter at night. End times are agreed beforehand.
