Tell us your arrival time in advance and someone is there to meet you. Plenty of parking inside the gate and on the street, so a group in five cars is fine.
Length of stay
In July and August the minimum stay is seven nights — there is no fixed changeover day, but a full week is the floor. June and September start at four nights, the low season at two, and the Christmas and New Year period at five. Outside the summer we would rather have you for a long weekend than not at all.
And if a gap of a few days falls between two bookings, we are happy to fill it at an adjusted rate. Just ask — it depends on where the gap sits.

The supermarkets in Jávea deliver to the door, and you can time your order to land when you arrive — so it is waiting for you instead of costing you a supermarket run after a travel day. Guests ask about this often, so here is how it works.
Plan the delivery after your check-in time (from 16:00) — someone has to be there to take it in. Delivery slots and fees are set by the supermarket.

Twenty-eight people means about fourteen hotel rooms, or two villas side by side. Before you compare anything else, do the sum for your own group — not per room, but per person per night. Most organisers never make that calculation.

Ask for availability and divide the rate by your group. We quote only once we know your dates, because a week in March is simply not a week in August.
Money
A refundable deposit of €1,000 for direct bookings, no hidden fees, and every stay quoted for your group, your season and your wishes. You get the payment schedule and the cancellation terms in writing with that quote, before anything is fixed. Rates are currently quoted without VAT; should regulations change, VAT is added.
