Tell us your arrival time in advance and someone is there to meet you. There is parking for four cars inside the gate and two just outside it, with public parking within walking distance.

In July and August the minimum stay is seven nights — there is no fixed changeover day, but a full week is the floor. June and September start at four nights, the low season at two, and the Christmas and New Year period at five (the fixed winter promotions keep their own dates). Outside the summer we would rather have you for a long weekend than not at all.

And if a gap of a few days falls between two bookings, we are happy to fill it at an adjusted rate. Just ask — it depends on where the gap sits.

A refundable deposit of €1,000 for direct bookings, no hidden fees, and every stay quoted for your group, your season and your wishes. You get the payment schedule and the cancellation terms in writing with that quote, before anything is fixed.

• Early check-in or late check-out — for a supplement; because it depends on an adjoining booking, we can only confirm it a few days before arrival or departure. Guide rates: arrival 09:00–13:00 €100, 13:00–16:00 free when possible; departure 11:00–13:00 €100, 13:00–15:00 €250, 15:00–21:00 €500. Dropping off luggage early or collecting it late falls under the same arrangement

The supermarkets in Jávea deliver to the door, and you can time your order to land when you arrive — so it is waiting for you instead of costing you a supermarket run after a travel day. Guests ask about this often, so here is how it works.

• You place the order yourself, at the supermarket of your choice — we do not order for you
• Stuck halfway through the checkout? Say the word and we will help you finish it: delivery slot, address and instructions for the driver
• We do not unpack or put the shopping away — the delivery is handed over at the villa and you sort it out from there
• You can keep ordering during your stay: bread, ice, wine, whatever runs out
• Rather pick it out yourself? The supermarkets in the village are within walking distance

Plan the delivery after your check-in time (from 16:00) — someone has to be there to take it in. Delivery slots and fees are set by the supermarket.
