Can we bring in a caterer or chef?

Yes. We can arrange a private chef, or you use the outdoor kitchen and the four indoor ones.

Can we invite extra guests for the day?

By prior arrangement only — tell us the numbers and we will tell you honestly what works.

Is there a noise curfew?

It is a private walled estate with neighbours, so music moves indoors late in the evening. We agree the details with you beforehand.

Reunions

Twenty-eight people who have not met in far too long

Reunions usually founder on logistics: who sleeps where, who drives, and who has to leave at eleven. Here that falls away. One booking, one estate, three wings with their own front doors — so the early risers and the night owls stay out of each other’s way.

Eleven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms. No camp beds, no air mattresses, no queue for the shower.

Fixable a year ahead

A date that suits everyone is rarely found at short notice. We hold dates generously while the group is still calling round.

Tell us roughly how many you are and which months are in play — we will think through the layout with you before you have to convince the group.

Breakfast at eleven, in a dressing gown.

That is the part a restaurant cannot give you: everyone still there the next morning, four kitchens making coffee, the pool already warm.

Family celebrations and anniversaries are open to discussion by prior arrangement, preferably combined with a stay. We are a registered holiday home, not an events venue, and we would rather be straight about that than promise a day party we cannot properly host.
