Villa Palmview sits at Camí de la Fontana 39 in Jávea, roughly halfway between the two airports of the Costa Blanca. Both work; which one is better depends on where your group flies from and how many cars you want on the road.

Alicante is the default: the largest choice of direct flights and a motorway almost to the door. Valencia is worth a look when the fares are better or when part of the group arrives by high-speed train — Valencia Joaquín Sorolla station is a short taxi from the airport. There is no railway station in Jávea itself; the nearest stop is the TRAM in Dénia, a quarter of an hour away, which is a local line rather than a way in from the airports.
Cars or a minibus?
Twenty-eight people is either five or six hire cars or two minibuses. Our advice for most groups: a mix. Book one or two minibus transfers for the arrival and departure days so nobody waits at a rental desk with twelve suitcases, and keep two or three hire cars for the week — enough for beach runs, the market in Dénia and dinner in Moraira. Taxis from the gate reach most villages in ten to thirty minutes, and Jávea's supermarkets deliver to the door, so nobody needs to drive for groceries.
Tell us your flight times and group size and we put you in touch with a local transfer company; the price depends on the vehicle and the time of day, and you deal with them directly.
Parking at the villa
Four cars fit inside the gate, and there is street parking outside — a group in five cars is fine. Minibuses can drop off at the gate. If you come by bike or with bikes on the roof, there is secure storage out of sight.
The arrival day, in order
- Ten days before: send us the rooming list — the room planner makes it painless — and every bed is made up to it, with a name sign on each door.
- The day before: place a supermarket order online for delivery after 16:00 on arrival day. You order, they deliver to the villa; ask us if you get stuck in the checkout.
- Landing: tell us your arrival time in advance and someone is there to meet you. Late flights are no problem if we know.
- 16:00: check-in. Check-out is by 10:00 on the last day; early check-in and late check-out are possible for a supplement when no other booking adjoins yours.
- First evening: the outdoor kitchen, the long table, and nobody has to drive anywhere.
