Most retreat venues are hotels with a yoga hall bolted on: shared corridors, a breakfast buffet at set hours and another group in the next room. A private estate turns the equation round — the retreat is the only thing happening — but it has to tick a specific list. This is that list.
1. Everyone sleeps in their own room
The detail that decides whether people come back next year. Eleven bedrooms with eleven bathrooms across three separate wings plus a step-free casita: no shared showers, no awkward pairings. Twenty-eight participants sleep on the estate; the packages run to 18, 22 or 28 guests.
2. A practice space nobody walks through
A covered room between the private sand and the pool for the sessions — it also works as a treatment or massage space — and the sand itself for the sunrise flow. No beach-club soundtrack, nobody walking through the shot: the estate is walled and let to one group at a time.
3. Food that is not a problem
Four indoor kitchens and an outdoor kitchen with one long table, so a retreat can cook for itself, or a private chef can be arranged for the whole week. Jávea's supermarkets deliver to the gate; time the first order to land after the 16:00 check-in.
4. The right months

5. A day that looks after itself
- Morning: practice on the sand as the light comes up, then breakfast at the long table.
- Afternoon: the pool, the hammock by the rock pool, or a walk to the Arenal fifteen minutes away — or the Montgó trails from the gate.
- Evening: dinner cooked here or by a chef, then a closing session as it cools down.
6. Pricing the retreat
The estate is let as a whole, so your accommodation cost per participant is the price for the week divided by the group. Pick your dates in the booking panel below and the exact price appears at once; our lowest winter from-price works out at about € 58 per person per night with 18 guests.
