Villa Palmview has three packages. Large is the main villa for up to 18 guests: nine bedrooms across three private wings. Full uses the same nine bedrooms with up to four extra beds, for up to 22 guests. Premium adds La Casita with two more bedrooms, for up to 28. A group of 20 books Full: the nine bedrooms for 18 guests, plus two extra beds.
Each wing has its own front door, kitchen and lounge, around one saltwater pool. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, so twenty guests share nine bathrooms instead of queueing for three.

Two of the four rooms that take an extra bed are enough for 20. The bed setup of each room is agreed before arrival, and the room planner lets you put a name on every bed.
La Casita adds two step-free bedrooms on the lower level: Amalfi, the wheelchair-adaptable room with a walk-in shower, and Portofino, the family room with a bunk bed and space for a cot. The whole estate is always for one group: the saltwater pool, the private sandy beach on the grounds, the outdoor kitchen with a large BBQ and a long table where everyone eats together. The Arenal beach is within walking distance.
