Three packages, one estate
Villa Palmview has three packages. Large is the main villa for up to 18 guests: nine en-suite bedrooms in three private wings. Full uses the same nine bedrooms with up to four extra beds, for up to 22. Premium adds La Casita, two step-free bedrooms on the lower level, for up to 28. Whichever you choose, the estate, the saltwater pool and the sandy beach are yours alone.
Group by group: who sleeps where
Each wing has its own front door, kitchen and lounge. Extra beds fit in four rooms: The Nautilus, Maya, Inca and Aztecs. Smaller groups than 18 are welcome; the price starts from 18 guests.

Premium package: eleven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms. Amalfi in the casita is wheelchair-adaptable and reached without stairs, useful when an older guest comes along.

What every group shares
The saltwater pool, the sandy beach on the grounds, the outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue and one long table where everyone eats together. Arenal beach is a walk away, Alicante an hour by car.
The price per group size
Prices come straight from our booking system. A weekly price covers the main villa for 18 guests, including final cleaning, linen and concierge; every extra guest and the casita are added. The prices page shows the from-price per season; the form below shows the total for your exact dates and group size.

No, 28 overnight guests is the maximum. For a party, day guests can be added: 80 people at most in total, always on request.
Yes. Smaller groups are welcome; the price starts from 18 guests and everyone simply gets more space.
